1. Introduction
At Wagerfy, we are committed to fostering a competitive, fun, and fair environment for all users. This Fair Play Policy outlines our expectations and standards for honest gameplay and community conduct.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Cheating and Hacking

  • No use of unauthorized software or hardware tools (e.g., aimbots, macros).

  • No exploiting in-game glitches or bugs.

  • No hacking or attempting to access other users' accounts.

2.2 Smurfing and Skill Misrepresentation

  • No use of smurf accounts.

  • No intentional underplay to misrepresent skill level.

2.3 Account Sharing and Unauthorized Play

  • No account sharing or third-party gameplay.

  • No collusion or sharing of strategic information.

2.4 Match Fixing and Collusion

  • No match fixing.

  • No team collusion to manipulate results.

3. Game-Specific Rules

General

  • Lobby display required before search.

  • 50% completion needed for spread-related outcomes.

Call of Duty

  • Minimum level: 55.

  • Public lobbies only.

  • No AFK farming.

Fortnite & Apex Legends

  • Must have completed 250 matches (Fortnite).

  • Public lobbies only.

  • No AFK farming.

EA FC & Madden

  • EA FC: Division 4+ required.

  • Madden: Show search lobby prior to match.

  • Public lobbies only.

NBA 2K

  • All City: Bronze (Hooper) rank minimum.

  • No 6’9” builds in Proving Grounds.

  • Play Now Online: Gold League minimum.

4. Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of winnings.

Wagerfy reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behavior and take appropriate action.
